What makes our practice fundamentally different is how we break the cycle of getting stuck. Traditionally, if you hit a wall with your nutrition or exercise, you're told to just try harder. But what if the problem isn't a lack of willpower? We understand that these three pillars, (mental health, physical activity, and nutrition), are deeply connected. When you're feeling too drained to exercise, the solution might not be a better workout plan. It might be addressing the underlying stress or low mood that's sapping your energy. Conversely, when you're feeling stuck in therapy, a strategic boost to your nutrition and a targeted exercise plan can provide the biochemical lift that helps the mental work click into place. We don't just manage these areas separately. We use these tools to reinforce each other, giving you the right kind of push at the right time to create lasting momentum. It’s comprehensive support that does not exist anywhere else

No, Telos Living is not a replacement for your primary care doctor. Our focus is on helping you optimize your mental and physical health so you can reach your fullest potential. We do not manage day-to-day medical care. We strongly recommend that all of our patients maintain a relationship with a primary care physician, who provides essential services such as physical exams, vaccinations, and treatment for illnesses or chronic conditions. At Telos, we complement your primary care, giving you the additional tools and support to take your well-being to the next level.

Telos focuses on mental health optimization, helping you understand and overcome what keeps you stuck in your nutrition, fitness, and life goals. Our approach isn’t designed to focus on treatment of acute or serious psychiatric conditions. We are not a primary provider for conditions such as acute suicidality, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or schizoaffective disorder.
That said, everyone’s situation is unique. We’re here to support your mental health journey, and guide you in the right direction.
