Dr. Lindsy Pang

I am a psychiatrist who has discovered that the path to optimal mental health doesn’t stop at the mind.

During my training, graduating summa cum laude from Rice University, earning my medical degree at Stony Brook Medicine, and serving as Chief Resident at University of Texas Houston, I consistently saw the deep, undeniable connection between the body and the brain. This understanding further deepened when I became yoga teacher certified (200 hour YTT). It became clear to me that nutrition, metabolic health, and physical vitality are not separate from psychiatric care but form its very foundation, and vice versa!

This realization pushed me to look beyond traditional models of psychiatry. I began integrating the science of physical wellness directly into mental health treatment, knowing that to build a resilient mind, we must also build a resilient body. My approach combines evidence-based psychotherapies such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness with thoughtful medication management, strategic nutrition, targeted supplementation, and exercise.

For me, mental health optimization is about far more than reducing symptoms. It’s about creating the conditions for a truly vibrant life. I work with clients to break through the barriers that have held them back and to build the mental and emotional tools necessary for long-term change.

Thus at our clinic, we emphasize having a team to adress all three components: nutritional optimization, physical performance, and mental wellbeing.

I believe in a complete approach to human potential so that people can not only heal, but also truly thrive.

I am a board certified dermatologist who discovered that the path to radiant health doesn't start with a prescription. It starts with rebuilding the body from the inside out.

I know what it's like to be too busy taking care of everyone else to take care of yourself. I spent medical school and residency running on caffeine, stress, and hospital food, watching my own health slowly deteriorate. After medical school, I was 30 pounds overweight and utterly drained.

My wake-up call wasn't in a medical journal. It was in my own life and in the patterns I began to see in the clinic. My training as a dermatologist gave me a unique lens on health. I saw how internal imbalances, inflammation, metabolic dysfunction, nutritional gaps, manifest in visible ways on the skin.

I became a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer to truly understand the engine of human performance. I applied everything I was learning to my own life, losing those pounds, building muscle, eating right and reclaiming my energy. I fused this new knowledge with the diagnostic precision from my medical and residency training to build this clinic so more people can live their purpose and potential- their Telos.

But we also understand that willpower isn't enough. If you've ever tried a diet and failed, or started a workout routine that didn't last, you know exactly what we mean.
